Reading Folk

September 30, 2021 Rachael O'Byrne

Reading Folk is a free, weekly Book Club for parents and carers supported by the National Lottery Local Connections Fund.

Parents are invited to come-together with their little ones to chat over a good book and enjoy some grown-up company on Wednesday mornings at Tate Liverpool café.

Rachael O’Byrne Founder of Creative Spaces Co. said “The idea of Reading Folk came from parents telling us they wanted to join a Book Club but couldn't fit it around their caring responsibilities. Our new club enables people to carve out time each week for themselves and jump into a good read.”

Following a successful pilot, this Autumn’s book is Beautiful World Where Are You by bestselling author Sally Rooney.
